Settlement Support Program in Japan for Third-country resettled refugees

On this page, you can see how third-country resettled refugees in Japan are attending the Settlement Support Program at the RHQ Support Center after arriving in Japan. Refugees who came to Japan with the decision to settle in Japan spend about 6 months learning Japanese language and Japanese lifestyle so that they can live independently in Japan. They also prepare for employment to settle in Japan.
At the end of the settlement support program, they will give a presentation in Japanese to show the results of their studies. They will be able to give speeches and write essays in Japanese, which they could not speak a single Japanese word. Through their hard work over the past 6 months, they will be steadily acquiring Japanese language skills.
Please take a look at their progress.
